Contact support
The best way to contact support is from inside Assembly: click Help Center in the sidebar, then select Contact Support. Reaching us that way lets us verify your identity automatically and see account-specific information, which leads to faster response times. Alternatively, you can get in touch by emailing support@assembly.com. What helps us help you:The workspace name, or the workspace URL if that’s easier
The app name, if the question is about a specific app
What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual
Your prompt, if the question is about a build that didn’t go right
Join the community
The Assembly community is where you can see what other firms are building, get answers from the Assembly team, and share what’s working for you. It’s open to everyone — you don’t need an invite.Assembly community

Send product feedback
There’s a feedback shortcut inside Assembly. Use it for one-off observations — a button in an odd place, an error message that wasn’t helpful. It goes straight to the team and we read every one. For feedback bigger than a one-off issue, such as feature requests or friction reports, the Assembly community is the better place.Contact sales
